On June 19, 201, the Defendant, at around 18:00 on June 19, 201, concluded that the victim D paid the victim D’s English translation job seeking advertisements to the “Geaeaeado,” which is a Internet translation brokerage site, and that the victim would pay KRW 1,430,000 to the victim for translation of the Korean files and English files in Germany as German language.

However, the victim did not have the intention or ability to pay the translation even if he had the German translation.
