A. On January 18, 2012, the petition Gun sent to the Plaintiff a document to the effect that, pursuant to Article 20 of the Special Act on the Development of Traditional Markets and Shopping Districts (hereinafter “The Traditional Markets Act”), the competent Gun requested the implementation of the project on the underground transmission of electric wires in the internal traditional markets, actively cooperate with the Plaintiff.

B. On March 12, 2012, the petition Gun requested the Plaintiff to implement project costs reduction and exemption pursuant to Article 22 of the Traditional Markets Act. However, on March 13, 2012, the Plaintiff confirmed on March 13, 2012, that the petition Gun did not fall short of the business requirements and do not fall under the reduction and exemption when based on the “Operation Guidelines for the Digital Power Distribution Cable” and the “Operation Guidelines for the Digital Power Distribution Cable” of the Plaintiff’s Notice of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy.

C. On August 23, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction cost burden (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the petitioner head of the Gun with the following content that the Plaintiff would implement the Domination of the Domination of the Domination of the Domination of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “instant construction”) and that the Gun bears the total construction cost (hereinafter “instant contract”).

Article 1 (Calculation of Construction Costs) The Electric Utility Act and the related Acts and subordinate statutes and the regulations of B (Plaintiff) and the regulations shall be calculated as prescribed by the Rules.

Article 2 (Payment of Construction Costs) A shall be paid by the following due date according to the method prescribed by B at the request of the installment of the construction cost calculated pursuant to paragraph (1).

(2) Where a person who fails to pay construction expenses by the deadline specified in Article 2, he/she may suspend the construction works of B.

The Corporation shall enter into force.
