A. On July 5, 2016, the Defendant was a corporation that runs business of reinforced concrete construction works, water supply and sewerage construction works, maintenance and management of facilities, etc., and was awarded a contract with the Office of Education of Busan Metropolitan City for the project of improving toilets at FII (hereinafter “instant construction”).

B. On July 24, 2016, Plaintiff A: (a) removed intermediate walls from a brine onto the brine onto the brine onto the brine onto two workers; (b) discharged concrete residues into a safety plate installed on the outer wall of the 4th floor window, along with other two workers.

B The spouse, the plaintiff C, and D of the plaintiff are children.

E. Plaintiff A received hospital treatment from July 24, 2016 to November 28, 2016 due to the instant accident, and from November 28, 2016 to April 17, 2017, Plaintiff A received hospital treatment.

F. From July 24, 2016 to April 17, 2017, Plaintiff A received temporary layoff benefits of KRW 13,714,320, medical care benefits of KRW 24,592,130, during the period from July 24, 2016 to April 17, 2017, and received disability benefits of KRW 1155, calculated as average wage of KRW 75,861, in the form of pension.

G. From July 2016 to 25th day of each month, the National Pension Service paid pension to Plaintiff A, and from April 25, 2017, this case.
