A. In accordance with Article 17 of the Act on Promotion of Installation of Waste Disposal Facilities and Assistance, etc. to Their Environs (hereinafter “Waste Promotion Act”) and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the Minister of Environment determined and announced the area adjacent to the second reclaimed site on January 8, 2007 as follows:

(Public Notice of the Ministry of Environment No. 2006-225, hereinafter referred to as the "Public Notice of this case").

(a) Name: The Seoul Metropolitan area reclaimed land;

(b) Facilities installation institution: Defendant;

2. Location, size and details of waste disposal facilities;

(a) Location: All members of a reclaimed land on the coast of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, BXBY, Ilwon Kimpo-si;

(b) Scale: 67,399,000 cubic meters and 2,463,738 square meters of the size of a landfill facility;

3. Date of commencing and completing a waste disposal facility installation project;

(a) Date of commencement: June 2, 1999;

Date of completion: The operation period of waste disposal facilities on November 4, 2001: October 200 to March 2014

5. The location, area and location of the affected adjacent area (area) by the entire designated period of 24 BW1, 25 (CA), 26 (CC), 28 (CF), 29 (CG), 31, 33, 34, 36, 37, 42, 40, 46, 46, 46, 48, 48 (CN), 48, 48, 222,329, 407, 207, 204, 201, 204, 30, 36, 37, 36, 36, 36, 36, 42, 46, 48, 48, 329, 407.

6. Criteria for support: The resident support expenses for the resident support projects after 2007 shall be promoted as a joint project according to the terms and conditions agreed between the defendant and the resident support council ( November 2, 2006);

7. Between January 1, 2010, excluding the sphere of influence.

Provided, That the affected neighboring area may be adjusted and announced pursuant to the provisions of the latter part of Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the Waste Promotion Act.
