1. Revocation of the decision of the first instance.
2. The date of birth in the family relations register of the applicant and the principal of the case shall be "the date of birth" of February 10, 1969 and "the correction shall be permitted" of May 24, 1965.

The applicant and the principal of the case (hereinafter referred to as the "applicant") have entered 00 elementary schools in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, on March 4, 1972 and graduated from February 17, 1978. If the date of birth of the applicant is recorded on February 10, 1969, such as the date of birth of the applicant, it is difficult to understand that the applicant's date of birth in the elementary school life register was changed on February 5, 1966. The applicant's date of birth in the elementary school life register is very likely to have been born at least at least before or after that date, and the applicant's date of birth is clearly stated on May 26, 196, and the applicant's date of birth is clearly stated on May 26, 196.
In light of various circumstances, such as the fact that there is no motive for claiming such a period ahead of the period, the date of birth of the applicant is sufficiently recognized on February 10, 1969 as stated on the family relations register, not on May 24, 1965 asserted by the applicant.
Therefore, the applicant's application of this case is justified, and the decision of the court of first instance is justified.
B. The cancellation and decision is made as per the Disposition, because it is improper to cancel it.
