1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 62,167,617 won and 48,69,873 won among them from March 9, 2020 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The facts stated in the attached Form No. 1 are deemed to have been led to the failure of the defendant to appear on the date of pleading without submitting only the formal reply denying it (Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act), or to have been admitted by considering the whole purport of the pleading as a whole, and there is no counter-proof.
