4. According to the conclusion, inasmuch as a lease contract on a building, which is the object of the lease, has already been terminated lawfully, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above building, which is the object of the lease, to the plaintiff, and (2) to pay the plaintiff the overdue rent or unjust enrichment by the rate of 17.6 million won in total and 4.4 million won in each month from April 30, 2020 to April 29, 2020, respectively, as the plaintiff seeks to fulfill the respective obligations.
