Defendant

A, B, and C are the vice-chairperson of the “L (L) merchants’ association in Asia-si; Defendant D is the general secretary; Defendant E is the 1st block team leader; Defendant F is the 5st block team leader; Defendant G, and H are the auditors; Defendant I and J members.

1. On February 19, 2013, the Defendants: (a) convened an urgent temporary meeting of the merchants’ association on the grounds of the following reasons: (b) around 10:00 on February 14, 2012 at the L Merchants’ office located in K in ASEAN-si; (c) fights with the merchants by the victimO under the influence of ordinary alcohol; (d) raising suspicions that the president and the general NO embezzled the merchant membership fees; and (e) raising suspicions that the president and MO embezzled the merchant membership fees; and (e) filing complaints and complaints with the ASEAN-si and the ASEAN-si Police Station, thereby preventing the victims from being expelled at the merchants’ association and deprived of the funeral.

On February 19, 2013, M and N have accumulated 5 square meters of concrete materials (130cm x 130cm x 115cm) on the 2nd 12st jum of the above L 2nd 12, which is a location where the victim's street store is installed.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with M and N and interfered with the victim's street store business by force.

2. On March 9, 2012, Defendants who interfered with the business of March 2012, 2012: (a) observed that the victim was moving the concrete blindle as set forth in paragraph (1) to the next vacant spot; (b) and (c) decided at the said merchant’s office to prevent the victim from moving the above blindle to the front spot of the victim; and (d) again, to prevent the victim from performing the funeral.

Since then, M and N moved 5 of the above concrete square meters from March 9, 2012 to the base of the next victim at around 06:00.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with M and N and interfered with the victim's street store business by force.
