except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

From May 2016 to May 2016, the Defendant was aware of the victim B (V, 46 years of age) and was living together with the victim B and his son from January 2017 to December 2017.

1. 3. 상해 및 아동복지법위반(아동학대) 피고인은 2017. 12. 10. 10:40경 춘천시 G아파트 H 경비실에서, 피해자 B의 지인인 I에게 “B에게 3억 원을 빌려줬다.“라고 말하였을 때 I으로부터 “B는 영세민이라서 돈이 없는데 뭘 보고 돈을 주었느냐 ”라는 말을 듣자 “영세민 주제에”라고 말하며 손으로 피해자 B의 뺨, 귀를 때리고, 피해자 C(당시 5세)으로부터 “여기 CCTV 있네요.”라는 말을 듣자 “입 닥치고 가만히 있어!”라고 말하며 손으로 피해자 C의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고, 피해자 C을 의자 쪽으로 밀쳐 의자에 부딪히게 하여 피해자 B에게 약 2~4주간의 치료가 필요한 좌측 청력 소실의 상해를 가하고, 피해자 C에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 늑골의 염좌 및 긴장의 상해 등을 가하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victims respectively.
