2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. According to Article 73-3(2) of the Electric Utility Act, the owner or possessor of electric installations shall comply with the opinion on the safety control of the electrical safety supervisor. According to the Enforcement Rule of the Electric Utility Act, the Defendant, as an electrical safety supervisor, is obligated to inspect the electric installations of this case more than twice a month.
