If A does not pay the above fine, it shall be 100.

1. Defendant A is a foreigner with the nationality of “KIKO Switzerland” located in the region north of the Central Asia, who is a representative director of the B corporation located in Yangsan City D, and Defendant A is a director, and Defendant A is a person who engages in used cars export business as an executive director.

No one shall dismantle any motor vehicle, such as motor power generating device, power transmission device, boarding device, loading device, etc., except in cases falling under any ground prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation for the purpose of education and research, such as the inspection and maintenance of the motor vehicle, scrapping of the motor vehicle, use it for educational and research purposes.

Defendant

A and E did not register the automobile dismantling for the purpose of inspection, maintenance, and monitoring, scrapping, education, or research as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea, or did not report the automobile dismantling business at the time of Gyeongsan-do.

Defendant

On January 7, 2015, A and E, at the workplace of “B Co., Ltd.” located in Yangnam-si, in order to purchase domestic used cars and sell them to foreign countries, such as central Asia, and thereby gain profits therefrom, Defendant A and E have overall control over the business of overseas export and the purchase of used cars, etc., and E, in collusion with the management of automobile dismantling business, such as export declaration and issuance of pages, document work, shocking work, etc., and dismantled 26 without permission, as shown in the attached crime list, by January 11, 2016.

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd. violated the duty of Defendant A and E as described in the above paragraph 1.
