1. The part concerning the documents listed in the attached Table 1 among the dispositions rejecting the disclosure of information made by the Defendant to the Plaintiff on August 29, 2019.
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On August 14, 2019, the Plaintiffs, as attorneys-at-law, requested the Defendant to disclose the information on the documents regarding the soil purification order issued by the Defendant against the E- refining shop operated by the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “instant training shop”) in the Standingbuk-do D.
As a result of the detailed soil survey 1) - Notice of soil purification order under Article 9(1)4 of the Information Disclosure Act and Article 9(1)6 of the same Act - (2) notification of soil purification order under Article 9(1)4 of the same Act - (3) notification of soil purification order - The purification plan - The performance promotional documents sent out from Yancheon-gun to 4) the performance promotional public secrets under Article 9(1)7 of the Information Disclosure Act - The performance promotional documents sent out by Yancheon-gun under Article 9(1)4 of the same Act constitute business secrets under Article 9(1)4 of the Information Disclosure Act - the implementation promotional planning documents sent out by Yancheon-gun to the decision-making process or internal review process under Article 9(1)5 of the Information Disclosure Act.
On August 29, 2019, the Defendant rendered a decision to disclose the above part of the information disclosure request as follows, and rejected the disclosure on the ground that the documents listed in attached Table 1 (hereinafter “information of this case”) corresponding to the documents on which the performance is reported falls under Article 9(1)4 and 7 of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”).
