1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 101,00,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from September 3, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without any ground (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. In accordance with the statutory interest rate under Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal, the case that is concluded after October 1, 2015 is subject to the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the full payment, and thus, the part of the Plaintiff’s request shall be dismissed.
