A. The Defendant engaged in the importation and sale of glass products with the trade name “G” from Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City F, and paid daily allowances by employing H and I to work with a panel directly purchased, covering the factory outside of the factory.

B. On February 6, 2014, Plaintiff A transported Chapter 17 to the entrance of the said G business establishment, as the strop panel ( approximately 2-9.7m in length, approximately 1m in width) ordered by the Defendant as the J truck.

C. I conducted the work of loading and unloading the above panel that is loaded on the above truck, and the plaintiff A has been able to do so, and the size of the vehicle that the defendant's place of business was small compared to the weight and volume of the above panel and the size of the cargo truck.

2. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. According to the above facts of recognition, I have the duty of care to prevent the occurrence of accidents by driving the panel in a case of loading and unloading of the former-lane panel.
