A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Child Welfare Act is the friendly baby of the victim C (nives and D) who is a child with intellectual disability, and is engaged in water collection business on the second floor of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and is living together with the victim.
In spite of the fact that no one commits any abusive act that causes bodily harm to a child, the Defendant committed any abusive act that causes bodily harm to a victim on five occasions as follows.
On May 14, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol, when the Defendant was informed of the disturbance of the victim’s room by the victim; (b) was under the influence of alcohol; (c) “I ambling the victim due to the alcohol disease, she was suffering from the victim,” and assaulted the victim’s head on a one-time basis by hand.
B. On August 19, 2013, around 17:30 on August 19, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim with her hand floor at one time under the influence of alcohol when she listens to horses.
C. On August 30, 2013, around 12:30 on August 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed in front of the G Hospital emergency room located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to be “Crap year” on the ground that the victim drinking alcohol and was treated in the emergency room of the above hospital; and (c) expressed the victim’s face at a hand time with the victim’s face at several times, such as drinking and drinking.
On September 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the first place of residence in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) informed the victim who was divingd on the ground that the victim was sleeped in the said I’s house; and (c) assaulted the victim’s body seven times by sleeping the victim’s body.
E. At around 02:00 on September 27, 2013, the Defendant, at the above I’s residence, shouldered the victim who was under diving on the ground that the victim was sleeped in the above I’s house and sleeped in the above I’s residence.
