1. The facts below the underlying facts may be acknowledged, either in dispute between the parties or in accordance with Gap evidence(s) to 15, 21 through 27(s) and Eul evidence(s) to 7, 8, and 9, together with the whole purport of the pleadings.

1) Plaintiff A Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association (hereinafter “Plaintiff Union”)

) The Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Udong (hereinafter referred to as “Udong”).

2) The redevelopment project that removes existing buildings and newly constructs apartment units, etc. on the V-Japanese land pursuant to the former Urban Redevelopment Act (amended by Act No. 6852, Jul. 1, 2003) (hereinafter “instant redevelopment project”); and the project zone is “instant redevelopment project zone”.

A) On December 3, 1986, a housing redevelopment association under the former Urban Redevelopment Act, which was authorized to establish an association and authorization to implement a project by the Mayor of Seoul Special Metropolitan City on December 3, 1986. The former Urban Redevelopment Act was repealed and the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas

(2) The Plaintiff Union established a management and disposal plan on the land and buildings to be created by the instant redevelopment project and obtained authorization from the head of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on August 24, 1991. According to the above management and disposal plan, the Plaintiff Union newly constructed apartment, sales facilities, and neighborhood living facilities on the land of 41,667 square meters in size of the instant redevelopment project site.

B. 1) The Plaintiff Union is a W apartment with 10 households, 8555 households within the instant redevelopment project zone (hereinafter “W apartment”).

After completing the new construction of B, the construction of W apartment shall be completed by the head of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 26, 199 and the completion inspection shall be completed by the head of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 28, 199, with the exception of land and construction facilities within the redevelopment project area of this case.
