The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on September 11, 2017, without obtaining a license for a motorcycle around 15:45, and driving a unregistered SYMM 100 cc in the section of about 300 meters from the front of Mapo-gu Seoul to the front of the D Public Security Center located in the same Gu C from the front of Mapo-gu Seoul to the front of the D Public Security Center.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) had operated unregistered SYM scenario 100cc Oral dynas without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1).
