1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 27, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On February 12, 2006, loan 200,000,000 won out of loan 50,000,000 won to the defendant as to the plaintiff on February 12, 2006, and the remaining balance,50,000 won, and damages for delay, shall be claimed.
3. In accordance with the statutory interest rate under Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal, the case that is concluded after October 1, 2015 is subject to the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the full payment, and thus, the part of the Plaintiff’s request shall be dismissed.
