A. On October 28, 1958, the "Yaju Repair Association" was established by the former Joseon Repair Association Order (amended by Presidential Decree No. 2 of July 21, 1917, which was repealed by the implementation of the former Land Improvement Project Act) on January 21, 1962, and was merged into the "Yaju Repair Association" on December 1, 1961, and the "Yaju Repair Association" was enacted on December 31, 1961 by Act No. 948 of December 31, 1961, and was repealed by Act No. 6 of the former Land Improvement Project Act (amended by the Rural Modernization Promotion Act of January 12, 1970) and was repealed by Act No. 2199 of Jan. 12, 197; Act No. 2513, Dec. 27, 195.

B. The term "Paju Farmland Improvement Association" was dissolved by the execution of the former Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 5759 of Feb. 5, 1999), and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation established on Jan. 1, 200 succeeded to the rights and obligations of the "Paju Farmland Improvement Association" under Article 9 of the Addenda of the above Act. The "Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation" was amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005 and enforced on Apr. 30, 2006. The name was changed to the "Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation" under Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008. The "Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation" was amended by Act No. 9276 of Jun. 30, 2009).

C. On December 28, 1960, the Silung-si Cooperative completed a reservoir with the YYY, and each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”) is used as the site, maintenance, bank, adjacent road, etc. of a river, which is located in or near the reservoir with the YYYYYY, and is located in or near the reservoir with the YYY.
