The defendant shall be innocent.

Reasons

1. As above, the above Defendant threatened the above victim, thereby obstructing the exercise of rights by the said victim.

2. Comprehensively taking account of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence adopted and examined by the court below, it is insufficient to acknowledge the facts charged in the instant case where the victim was in a vehicle with his own judgment in the course of vision and dispute arising from parking problems with the defendant. The evidence alone submitted by the prosecutor alone is insufficient to acknowledge the facts charged in the instant case where the victim’s exercise of rights was obstructed by threatening the victim’s body by getting the victim out of the vehicle against his/her own will, by putting the victim’s shoulder down, etc., and thereby causing the victim’s exercise of rights. There is no other evidence to prove otherwise.
