The plaintiff's grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance and the grounds for incidental appeal by defendant C are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if all the evidence presented in the court of first instance are examined, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate. Thus, both the Plaintiff’s appeal against the Defendants and Defendant C’s incidental appeal are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
