2. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in driving service of 530CC.

At around 13:40 on April 6, 2019, the Defendant driven the above Oral Ba which was not covered by mandatory insurance, and led the Defendant to drive the Oral Ba along the three-lanes of the written intersection in 722-2 as at the center of Busan Jin-gu, Busan, along the three-lanes of the three-lane.
