However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 02:40 on the 20th day of Seopopopool C Ga; and (b) on the ground that the victim D (n, 45 years of age) was involved in a verbal dispute with himself/herself and his/her employees E, the Defendant got out of the table on the victim’s face and was in line with the victim’s entrance fee book.
