A. The Plaintiff is a company running advertising and publicity agency business. The Defendant is a company running the housing construction business, etc., and the Man Man-Ma marketing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Man-Ma marketing”).

A. A. A. apartment housing reconstruction and rearrangement project association (hereinafter “instant association”) is a housing reconstruction and rearrangement project association established to implement a housing reconstruction and rearrangement project (hereinafter “instant rearrangement project”) within B in the inanananan City City.

B. 1) On April 27, 2013, the instant cooperative held a general meeting for selection of construction works for the instant rearrangement project and selected the Defendant as a contractor for the said rearrangement project. 2) On April 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on April 30, 2013, between the last marketing and the Defendant, Article 1 (Purpose) (hereinafter, hereinafter, the same shall apply) includes the following details:

The purpose is to ensure that the instant rearrangement project is to be selected as a contractor for the instant rearrangement project. Article 2 (Business Scope) A - Cooperatives (the instant association; hereinafter the same shall apply)

- Submission of proposals - Public relations for Gap’s affairs, such as consultation with the association - Public relations for Gap’s affairs - All affairs for Gap’s affairs to be smoothly implemented the instant rearrangement project - Monitoring and countermeasure for the association members’ tendencys - Management of union members on behalf of Gap after the selection of the contractor - Total service fees of Article 3 (Remuneration) including all affairs for the early commencement of the project shall be KRW 1,330,000 (excluding value-added tax). Article 4 (Period of Payment), 330,000,000 (excluding value-added tax): The first intermediate payment to be paid after the General Meeting of Selection of the contractor : KRW 100,000 after the conclusion of the provisional contract : The balance of KRW 800,000 (Value-Added Tax): 100,000 after authorization for the management and disposal of the remaining part of the intermediate payment : KRW 800,000 (excluding value-added tax);
