1. Basic facts

A. E completed the registration of ownership transfer of part of June 3, 1995 (496/1197) ownership transfer on the part of June 3, 1995 (7) and the remainder (701/1197) on January 13, 2003 (701/197) on the ground of sale with respect to the area of 874 square meters, which was owned by F. On January 18, 2003, E completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the area of 76.32 square meters on the ground of the light-weight steel frame, steel frame, gllllllle, etc. on the ground, and on April 21, 2008, the said area was divided into 455 square meters prior to G and 419 square meters prior to D, and on April 25, 2008, the category of G land was changed to the site.

B. The defendant purchased each of the above land and housing from E and completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 27, 2009.

On December 10, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) completed the registration of ownership transfer based on donation with respect to the area of C orchard 577 square meters and H orchard 82 square meters adjacent to the Defendant’s land; (b) on April 1, 2015, the Plaintiff combined each of the instant land into C orchard 659 square meters; and (c) on February 3, 2016, the land category of the relevant land was changed to the site.
