A. On April 22, 2011, a limited liability company B (hereinafter referred to as “B”) was awarded the instant building in the procedure for the public auction of real estate rent C with the Gwangju District Court, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its name on July 22, 201. On July 22, 2011, a limited liability company completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on the instant building to Han Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “One Bank”) with respect to the instant building as KRW 2,600,000, respectively.

(b) The Han Bank shall, around 2013, be above:

On June 21, 2013, the Gwangju District Court rendered a voluntary decision to commence auction on the instant building based on the right to collateral security (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”) and entered the registration thereof. On November 27, 2015, the Plaintiff was awarded the instant auction procedure at the instant auction procedure on November 27, 2015 and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its name as to the instant building on November 27, 2015.

C. In the auction procedure of this case on October 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received from B a supply of KRW 650,000,00 for remodeling construction of the 2-5th floor of the building of this case from B on May 23, 2011; and (b) filed a lien report accompanied by the construction agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the instant contract agreement”) on the construction standard contract on May 23, 201, and the written consent to use (hereinafter referred to as “the written consent”) as of September 6, 201.

2. The construction site: The building in this case;

3. Commencement: A scheduled completion on June 10, 201: The total construction cost on December 5, 201: 2,650,000,000 won shall be calculated based on a written estimate of studio.
