2) Of the seven floors, the part inside the seven floors is 172.25 square meters (hereinafter “the leased object of this case”).

(1) The following agreements were made by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 75 million, KRW 500,000 per month for rent (excluding value-added tax), and the lease term from January 4, 201 to January 3, 2016 (hereinafter “A”) as follows: “B” refers to a non-party company; “B” refers to the Plaintiff; and “B” refers to the instant lease agreement.

(2) Article 4 (Rent) (2) Deposit and monthly rent shall not be increased during the term of the contract, and shall be increased by consultation on monthly rent at the time of re-contract after the expiration of the term of the contract. In any of the following cases, this contract may be terminated.
