All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.
1. On July 21, 2018, the summary of the facts charged and the victim B (n, 59 years old), C (n, 63 years old) attended the special meeting of the clan in which approximately 60 members of the above clan office located in Kim Jong-si on July 21, 2018, as a member of the clan D.
