Punishment of the crime
From May to June 2018, the Defendant became aware of the victim C (n's, 13 years of age) in the G account of the branch of Korea around May 2018, and is between the victim and the B-gu.
1. Violation of the Child Welfare Act (voluntary coercion, intermediary, sexual harassment, etc. against a child);
A. On June 9, 2018, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim’s b body photo to the effect that “I would send obscene conversations which had been sent to the male-child body unless I would give the victim a b body photo,” and then, (b) the victim took a photograph of the body and sent the photograph to the Defendant.
B. At around 19:00 on June 16, 2018, the Defendant demanded a victim’s bale image to the effect that “If the Defendant does not transmit the images with only a part of the images and the knee, knee, knee, knee, kne, kne, knee, kne, kne, knee, kne, knee, knee, kne, knee, knee, knee, knee, knee, knee, kne, knee, knee, knee, knee, knee, knee, knee, knee
Accordingly, the defendant committed obscene acts to the victim who is a child.
2. On July 7, 2018, from around 12:17 to 18:30, the Defendant continued to threaten the victim to spread the victim’s b body pictures and videos with her body pictures and videos, as indicated in the preceding paragraphs, at the place indicated in the preceding paragraphs via B Messenger.
3. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) shall be the victim who has threatened the victim as described in the preceding paragraph.
