1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff’s history 1) On December 23, 1961, which was established through the merger of the former Daihae Repair Association (established on June 12, 1952) and the Young River Repair Association (established on April 13, 1973), was changed to the Young River Improvement Association’s name on May 17, 1995; and on January 1, 200, the Korea Rural Community Corporation’s Pohang River Improvement Association was merged with the Korea Rural Community Corporation’s Pohang River Improvement Association’s Federation.
3) On January 17, 2002, “Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation Port Branch” is the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation Branch on December 29, 2005, the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation Branch on December 29, 2008, the Korea Rural Community Corporation Branch on December 29, 2008, and the Korea Rural Community Corporation Branch on January 7, 2014. (B) On January 7, 2014, the name of “Korea Rural Community Corporation Branch” was changed successively. (1) On May 9, 1914, the title of “Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation Port Branch” (hereinafter “B forest land prior to division”) was changed in the name of F. (D) B forest B, North Korea-gu, 103 (hereinafter “B forest land prior to division”) was cancelled, and the registration of ownership preservation was terminated in the name of F.
2) On June 29, 1971, the land before subdivision was changed to “the answer”; on June 30, 197, the area was converted to 6,952 square meters on June 30, 197; on July 8, 1971, the ownership transfer registration was completed for sale on October 7, 1957 pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Forest Ownership (Act No. 211). Of the land before subdivision, the ownership transfer registration was completed for 100/2,103 shares of 100/2,103 shares on August 31, 1981 pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3094); and on February 6, 1987, the ownership transfer registration was completed to H on March 5, 1987.
4) The land before subdivision was reported on March 17, 199 to implement the rearrangement of land, and on December 15, 1999, the land before subdivision was 5,446 square meters (hereinafter “I land”).
