1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 1,860,167,389 and KRW 1,783,245,719 among the Defendants. < Amended by Act No. 1406, Mar. 16, 2016>

Reasons

1. Where the purport of the Plaintiff’s evidence Nos. 1, 2, 2, and 3 as to the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is added to the purport of the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 1,80,000,000 to Defendant A under a joint and several surety with a limit of KRW 2,160,000 on September 17, 2013. The overdue interest rate applicable under the contract is 11% per annum; the loan principal is 1,783,245,719 as of March 15, 2016; the principal and interest of KRW 1,860,167,389 in total; the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay KRW 1,860,167,389 in total; and the principal and interest of KRW 1,783,245,719 in total; and the amount of interest and interest of KRW 100 per annum from 160% per annum to 160% per annum;
