A is an election campaign worker of a candidate H, who was going to the 20th election constituency for the National Assembly member conducted on April 13, 2016, and Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E are an election campaign worker of a candidate for H candidate.

Defendant

A had the election campaign workers, etc. distribute the name cards containing the candidate’s name, photograph, and career to the apartment house, etc. on April 7, 2016, at the election campaign liaison office of H candidate H candidate I located in the former North Korea, around 07:30 on April 7, 2016, Defendant B instructed that “I would pay attention to the candidate’s election campaign worker in the J apartment or large apartment complex, as Article 4 first of all in J apartment or large apartment complex, which is located in J apartment or large apartment complex, and that I will return the name cards intensively around it.” The Defendant B sent the above instructions to Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E.

Accordingly, from April 7, 2016 to April 8, 2016, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E distributed 1,393 name cards of H candidate to J apartment, K apartment, L apartment, L apartment, M apartment, M apartment, N apartment, N apartment, N apartment, N apartment, and OB, P apartment, Q apartment, M apartment, TR apartment, TR apartment, M apartment, V rental, W apartment, and X mail box.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to distribute the name cards of the candidate by illegal means.
