1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 81,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 22% per annum from May 20, 2014 to the date of complete payment.

B. On June 16, 2015, the Defendant declared bankrupt as Seoul Central District Court 2015Hadan5441, and filed an application for immunity with the same court 2015 Ma5441 and filed for adjudication of bankruptcy on September 14, 2015, but received a ruling of discontinuation of bankruptcy on February 16, 2016 and the ruling of disapproval of immunity on the 17th of the same month following the following.
(However, the defendant filed an appeal with the same court No. 2016Ra488 against the decision of rejection of the above exemption and is in progress of the trial).
