1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant exceeding the amount ordered to be paid below shall be revoked.
(c) Payment date: The payment method of remuneration for public officials shall be made by paying 100% in cases where the number of working days every month is 15 days or more, and the amount equivalent to 1/15 per day less than 15 days in cases where the number of working days per month is less than 15 days; and
(Occupational disease shall be included in the number of attendance days)
2. Traffic subsidies;
(a) an inorganic contract worker and a person scheduled to be converted, currently in office;
(b) Amount paid for payment: 100,000 won shall be paid;
Payment date: Method of payment of remuneration for public officials each month: 100% shall be paid in cases where the number of working days each month is at least 15 days, and 1/15 shall be reduced for each day less than 15 days if the number of working days each month is less than 15 days.
(Occupational disease shall be included in the number of attendance days)
3. Expenses for a major holiday;
(a)an employee who is in office as of the New Year’s Day and Preliminary (hereinafter referred to as the “Payment Base Date”);
(b) Place of payment, date of payment, and date of payment: The amount of monthly salary *60 per cent as of the base date of payment : *60 per cent of the amount of monthly salary as of the base date of payment;
(c) Date or other omission determined by the head of each agency within 15 days before or after the date of payment of remuneration or payment standards; excluding the details stated in the wage agreement and the wages guidelines for inorganic contract workers 2009 and 2008 and the following guidelines: Meal cost: 130,000 won per month, and transportation subsidy: 120,000 won per month:
C. From around 207 to around 2007, the Defendant included only basic salary and job allowances in ordinary wages, and paid overtime (including part-time work; hereinafter the same shall apply), night work allowances, weekly leave allowances (limited to Plaintiffs C, D, and E; hereinafter the same shall apply), annual leave allowances, and retirement allowances (limited to Plaintiff F and B; hereinafter the same shall apply) to the Plaintiffs based on these guidelines. From around 2008, the Plaintiffs paid basic salary, meal expenses, transportation subsidies, and holiday leave allowances, which are included in ordinary wages.
