On November 25, 2010, the Defendant served as an assistant nurse at the above “K”. From around 2011, the Defendant sent L between C and C on March 21, 2012.

Meanwhile, the Plaintiff and C Women E also worked in the above “K” from February 2012 to July 2013.

On July 18, 2013, the Defendant sent to C a written message to the effect that “if you look at L, you have affixed a fixed divorce. Influence, I sent a written message to the effect that it is not suitable for the growth environment.”

On October 2013, the Plaintiff filed a criminal complaint against C and the Defendant as a crime of adultery, and filed the instant lawsuit against C, which sought a divorce, division of property, and payment of consolation money, and payment against the Defendant of consolation money.
