On March 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement at the Korean bank parking lot located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, that D would not pay the debtor with the debt; and (b) received money from the debtor; (c) made a false report three times to receive money from the debtor; and (d) made a false report, the Defendant sent 112 patrols, 2 patrols, 2 patrols, 112 patrols, and 10 staff members of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and conducted a search around the site; and (e) conducted a false investigation to arrest the suspect for 50 hours by making a false statement to the neighboring police officers, and making an emergency placement to the neighboring police officers.

On March 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement on three occasions at the Korean bank parking lot located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, that D would not pay money in return; and (b) received 112 reports in order to receive money from the obligor; (c) the Defendant sent the patrol vehicle, the police patrol vehicle, the F District Police Station Embox, and ten personnel of the F District Police Station Embox, and conducted search at the site; (d) 30 people, including five teams under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea, the police team, and the reduction team, were assigned to the scene and conducted the investigation of surrounding CCTV at the site; and (e) made a false statement to the adjacent police box that D was forced to take full charge of collecting money from the obligor; and (e) made a false statement.
