1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 260,923,05 and KRW 233,239,336 among them. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 26359, Jul. 2, 2015>
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(Provided, That Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Act No. 208(3)2 of the same Act) applies mutatis mutandis;
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was amended as of September 25, 2015, respectively, and enforced October 1, 2015;
