The Defendant, who deserted North Korea around March 201, is a new citizen who entered the Republic of Korea around September 201, and entered the Republic of Korea.

Although there is no relationship between the Defendant and B, around April 2013, the Defendant and the name-free loan broker and B came to use the false marriage report between the Defendant and the Defendant and the public office, and used them to divide the amount of the loan from the bank.

At around 15:00 on May 6, 2013, the Defendant, along with B, prepared a false marriage report between the Defendant and the public official in charge of the registration of family relationship at the Do community service center located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

The above public official who is not aware of the circumstance entered the above marital relationship into the electronic records of each family relationship between the defendant and B, and due to this, each family relation register recorded as above was kept in the computer network.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above loan broker and B, made false reports to public officials, made false records on the same electronic record as the original of each notarial deed, and exercised each electronic record recording of the above false facts.
