1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for the delivery of the documents listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
1. Basic facts
A. The Korea Land and Housing Corporation, around 2012, implemented E development projects in accordance with the Housing Site Development Promotion Act in Pyeongtaek-si D, and F andG (each 1/2 shares), H, I, and J (hereinafter collectively referred to as “F, etc.”) are those who are supplied with land for livelihood measures in the housing site development project district due to the expropriation of housing, land, etc. due to the implementation of the said projects.
B. The Defendants purchased the sales right on four parcels of land for livelihood measures to be supplied by F, etc. from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation in the future (hereinafter “instant sales right”), and sold the instant sales right to the Plaintiff around August 30, 2016 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”), and paid the full amount of the sales price to the Defendants on the same day.
C. At the time of the instant sales contract, the Defendants: (a) prepared and executed a letter of performance of the agreement with the Plaintiff (as seen below, No. 2; hereinafter referred to as “each letter of this case”); (b) as to the right to sell this case’s sales, the attached list of F, such as each subject matter of sale, the amount of the purchase price, the buyer’s column, etc., in a public space: (c) the sale contract for the right to sell the sale, and the transfer note (hereinafter referred to as the “documents of this case”) indicating real estate: The Plaintiff’s buyer: (a) the Plaintiff, as described below, shall be exempt from the execution of the agreement.
