1. On June 2, 2017, at around 12:00, the Defendant heard the horses of the victim D in the E office operated by the victim D in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and took a bath to the victim and his employees working in the E office, including the victim, with the large amount of “Chewing drinking”, and dumped the cans used in his hand on the coffee floor, and interfered with the victim’s smooth operation by force.

2. At around 13:25 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened in front of the H restaurant operated by the victim G in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) opened singing under the influence of alcohol; (c) opened customers entering the restaurant; and (d) listen to the horses of other locations, regardless of being melted by the damaged; and (d) talked with the victim and other customers at the same place, including the victim, with the large interest of 15 minutes of the disturbance, such as “the victim’s restaurant operation by force.”
