The defendant shall be innocent.
The summary of the facts charged of this case is that "A is the driver of the B truck to which the defendant belongs, and around 05:39 on December 18, 2004, the Kimpo-si Kimpo-si operated the truck loaded with the cargo exceeding 2.5 meters wide of 3.73 meters in excess of 2.5 meters wide, and thus, the road management authority's restriction on vehicle operation is violated, and the defendant, who is an employee, committed such a violation as above," and the prosecutor was amended by Act No. 4920 on January 5, 1995, and applied Article 86, Article 83(1)2 and Article 54(1) of the former Road Act (amended by Act No. 7832 on Dec. 30, 2005) and thus, the defendant was indicted for a violation of Article 289 of the Constitutional Court Act (amended by Act No. 971 of Dec. 28, 2005).
