The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the defendant guilty of the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Misappropriation) among the facts charged in this case (excluding the part not guilty in the original trial), each of the fraud committed against the victim AI Co., Ltd., NN, A Qgu Co., Ltd, and AS, and the violation of the Tourism Promotion Act. In so doing, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules

On the other hand, the Defendant appealed on the remaining convictions of the lower judgment, but did not submit grounds for objection to the appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
