However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

B. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim B, on December 23, 2013, using his/her cell phone (D) at an irregular place around 00:36, 2013, on the ground that the said C does not have to meet himself/herself, sent the voice message of C’s cellular phone (F) used by his/her father, who was known to him/her, to the previous by means of his/her mobile phone (D).
