On September 3, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months for attempted special robbery at the Gwangju High Court on September 3, 2009, and completed the execution of the said punishment on November 14, 201.

1. Around 201, the Defendant, who attempted to murder, came to know of the victim C (the 32 years of age) through a scam, an Internet site, and exchanged the victim’s communication. However, on October 2012, the Defendant agreed to teach the victim from the mid-201 police officers. The defendant found the victim's residence in Yeongdeungpo-gu D several times, and demanded the window to be sleeped, and continued to refuse it, and tried to kill the victim by breaking the victim.

2. The Defendant, while misunderstanding the victim as to his death at the above date and place, escaped from the victim’s home page, thief was stolen by taking away one cellular phone with the market value of 800,000 won owned by the victim and the key of the victim’s residence.
