1. The Defendant’s KRW 146,885,010 among the Plaintiff and KRW 138,518,000 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 8,367,010 from October 21, 2014.

Reasons

1. In accordance with the Wage Claim Guarantee Act, the Plaintiff’s claim for the payment of the said substitute payment and damages for delay on October 22, 2015 that the Plaintiff subrogated to the Defendant in relation to the substitute payment paid to 26 employees employed by the Defendant (= KRW 146,885,010 paid on October 21, 2014) pursuant to the said Claim Guarantee Act. < Amended by Act No. 138, Oct. 22, 2015; Act No. 138518, Oct. 22, 2015; Act No. 1367, Oct. 22, 2015)
