Judgment to be rendered for the confession of applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, the Defendants are only served with the original copy of the payment order and submit a formal written objection. Since they did not submit any subsequent written response and did not attend at the date of pleading, they are deemed to have led to the confession of all the Plaintiff’s assertion in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
