A. The Plaintiff Global E&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) is a corporation for the purpose of architectural design, supervision, etc., and Defendant E-Bas Construction Co., Ltd is a corporation for the purpose of construction business.

B. On July 7, 2016, the Plaintiff Company and the Defendant Company are “the instant construction work” of the New Pest Korea New Pest Korea factory.

In relation to the design and supervision service contract (hereinafter referred to as "the contract of this case") with the following contents:

C. On July 7, 2016, Plaintiff Company made the Defendant Company and the insured as the Defendant, and made the purchase amount of insurance KRW 7,150,000.
