The defendant is the head of family.
On January 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30 on January 10, 2017, around the entrance of the victim C (V, 39 years of age) located in Nam-gu, Busan; (b) sought from the victim’s wife to file a complaint with the Office of Education to talk about this matter; (c) on the ground that the victim would return to his/her match, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim’s her seat and face by her hand, with his/her seat and her head, making it possible for him/her to take medical treatment for about 14 days.
