Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of pleadings as to the reasons for the claim Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 9 (including each number), the defendant filed a registration of ownership transfer on January 2, 2006 with the Korea Water Resources Corporation and Eul on January 2, 2006 (hereinafter "the land in this case"), and completed the registration of ownership transfer under C on the same day after he received the registration of ownership transfer for shares of 1895.75/4 2,05 m2,054 m2,054 m2,054 m2,054.75 m2,000.
