Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
When the defendant fails to pay the above fine, the defendant shall be confined in the workhouse for a period calculated by converting 50,000 won into one day.
In order to order the provisional payment of an amount equivalent to the above fine.
On September 4, 2009, at around 20:45, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle without a driver’s license (vehicle registration number 1 omitted) in the section of approximately five km from the front of the Young-dong High School located in the camping-dong, Young-si, Young-si (hereinafter omitted).
1. Reporting on detection of a driver without a license for violating the Road Traffic Act;
1. A copy of the automobile driving license ledger; and
1. Article relevant to the facts constituting an offense and the selection of punishment;
Article 152 subparagraph 1 of the Road Traffic Act and Article 43 (Punishment of Fine)
1. Detention in a workhouse;
Articles 70 and 69(2) of the Criminal Act
1. Order of provisional payment;
Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act
It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
